Alerts

Alerts turn any metric, log, trace or RUM query into a rule with a Warning and a Critical threshold and a window that controls how often it is checked. Each rule routes itself: Slack, Teams, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, email or a webhook, several at once if needed, with Slack threads keeping repeat fires grouped. When one goes off it links back to the exact service and query behind it, so investigating, by hand or by asking OpsAI, starts from the data rather than from a search.
